OK guys, i loved the first SiN game, specially online, and now SiN 2, cant wish for anything better, but the fact that i have to purchase SiN episodes per steam for $20??? Why not find a publisher that are willing to publish this awesome game? Why not come up with a PC demo first, then everyone can judge it, and perhaps some publisher wake up and are willing to help u guys out?? I live in the netherlands, im 20y's old i dont have a own creditcard, i mean how on earth should i be able to purchase this episodes without a creditcard or any other payment system? The fact is that only the people that are online will have benefit of this, and only the people that work with steam ofcourse, well i can tell you that there are millions of people out there that dont use steam, but DO like SiN and are desperate looking forward to this sequal... i hope u get my point, for the love of god give it some more time, why not make it a official PC game?! wich u can simply buy in stores, and what about if, people are able to buy the game, but still have to unlock it with steam, same system they used for the release of HL2 + Valve and u guys still get the benefits of it,

It really depends on what their plans are. If they plan to make this a continuing, ongoing thing then putting it in a box is not really an option. Plus there may be many payment options - check, money order, etc.

$20 for 6 hours of gameplay is a good price, and $20 every 3-4 months isn't going to put a hole in anyone's pocket.

Personally I'm open to the idea - I remember Wing Commander Prophecy: Secret Ops which worked on a similar system but was free and I thought it was great.

/Edit - by the way - I'm confident Ritual realizes that their are people without high speed and will offer each episode on disk for like an extra $5 or something. Most companies that offer downloads, also offer the CDs.

I'd stay tuned for info on payment options / prices etc. I doubt we are going to see the whole HL2/CSS mess again.

Agree, Steams worked out alot of bugs and after playing so many other games it's kinda nice to have steam. Auto Updates, game purchase options (online for us lazy peeps). If it truly is being discussed at $20 an episode what's wrong with that a dvd can cost $20 and that's after they made a bundle on the theatre release. Plus the thought of playin Sin again is appealing in itself.

And that is the major downside for the (I think) majority of this community. Not much of us live in vicinity of the office . . .

God i rember playing sin every night with all of you... i cant wait to do it again, i have been reading the fourms over the years but never really posting been waiting for the next sin and sure enough i finally get to play another sin.

in the servers everyone hated me lol, except badman i rember playing 1v1 rockets with him alot anyway it was me and my brother SMOKEY... might rember him might not once again dont care i am just to excited for this SiN YaY i am like a little school girl getting all excited for nothing.
