SiN day! Let's get some good old Sinning Going!

Anyone up for some good old SIN! I was thinking maybe July 23 to give those that actual removed SIN off their hard drive, some time to get it reinstalled. I see there is still a couple servers running.

I'm new (believe it or not, I nabbed a copy of SiN simply out of excitement for SiN Episodes) but I'm all for this /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif Seems like a good way to get to know some of the community and, well, frag some people :}

If I remember correct PHX is a german clan correct? Personally I like a north american server, but then again I ping better to euro servers then west coast NA servers. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I just fired up Sin for fun and noticed that version 1.11 supports GameSpy internally, so I can just connect to an online server from inside the game? I tried to connect to both of the servers mentioned here, but none of them worked...

So far I thought I'd need GameSpy Arcade to even see Sin servers.

I would play but it always seems to be on at some strange time for us poor Europeans /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif (Scottish). If I'm not doing anything and it's on at a neutral hour I'd try and make it.

if anyone would like to set a time I'm ready. I installed and patched yesterday. unfortunately I lost my WOS cd...but I played some regular DM and CTF yesterday. the feel of the game is incredible, the movement is so smooth. hard to describe, it just doesnt have an arcade feel like say UT2004, which is pathetic in comparison. sure, UT2k4 is pretty...but the gameplay itself is not particularly fun.

SINCTF in particular is VERY good even now. it's just a shame you cant have the massive CTF battles like in 1999.

I'm ready to play if anyone wants to play!
