Here's just a note to the devs. Don't skimp or laze off on the soundtrack.

The soundtrack to SiN was absolutely amazing, now, I've not played it for years, but I seem to remember an operatic kind of one which rocked, and the tune which went "and the beat goes on, rock on".

I hope you don't forget how much some good soundtrack adds to the game. Can't wait for Sin:Episodes, the first chapter can't be far off can it?

We have the same person (Zak Belica) working on the soundtrack...is that a step in the right direction?

Darn and I was hoping someone would have the sense (and money) to get Tristania, or Nightwish, to create a couple original tracks for the episodes. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Do you think that gothic metal would fit Sin?

hanchen, if you want to listen to Sin's soundtrack again, go to FilePlanet and download my Sin Soundtrack Compilation: http://www.fileplanet.com/156410/150000/fileinfo/Sin---Soundtrack-Remix

Zak is the man. The one thing that still stands out to this day is the Original SIN score. I even still remember the Dm tracks...

cant wait for the new sin....

Actually, the voice actors were announced in our recent interview (http://www.ritualistic.com/content.php/interviews/051115_sineps_01.php), confirming the return of the principals from SiN, with the addition of Jen Taylor as Jessica Cannon and David Scully as Viktor Radek.

Thanks MadMax, I went and got your SiN soundtrack compilation. You've named it remix? Did you remix any of the tracks?

It's been said that SiN Episodes will be taking an incidental music sort of approach, like Half-Life 2, over the constant music of the original. I think the approach in HL2 worked well, with the incidental music enhancing certain firefights and scenarios to great effect. However, I also did like the original SiN soundtrack, will it mean that we miss tracks like "Estate Sinclaire" which we can just stop shooting for a while and actually listen to?

I take it the episodic thing goes down to the soundtrack yeah? So you'd be looking for feedback on that too? Hope so.
