Has anyone heard if Sin Episodes is still scheduled for this year? The web page here at Ritualistic still says Q3 2005, which clearly didn't happen. The last thing I see on the Sin Episodes page is a blog entry saying that the game is approaching alpha.

I don't mean to rush anyone at Ritual. I've been waiting like forever for more gaming goodness from the Sin universe and a little more time won't kill me. I really want the game to be as good as it possibly can be, so I'm really glad to hear Ritual is not forcing the team to keep to some schedule that didn't allow enough time to do things right.

Any rough estimates as to when the game might be loading onto our hard drives?

All of my ten fingers point to Mid-December, it's a good estimate but the final word isn't truely out yet. Sales would probably be better if they can get it out in or before the Santa hunting season.

Half Life 2: Aftermath and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion both got delayed till next year, so I NEED this game! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

HL: Aftermath got delayed? Is this recent news because I haven't heard that (until now)?

Is the game still set for a release this year?

Steve Hessel: Yup, we’re still on track for a release late this year. We’re currently eyeing the very end of fall to release SiN Episodes: Emergence.
