I'm making a arena map and i need help...
How do you make npc's find you?
How do I do this in hammer?

You might also want to use an entity called npc_enemyfinder. Just give it the same squad name as the grunts. You can also fire off a scripted sentence that tell the grunts to run toward the player after they spawn.

MP, the SiN:E Hammer is currently AWOL on my sys so I can't check this but since the grunts are modified HL2 Combine will the ai_relationship and filter_activator_name work with Thinking outside the PVS for the grunt?
note: For advanced trigger methods, in addition to the auto ai relationship methods suggested.

Yep, they still work in SinEp. I've used them a lot.
