Prefabs and Entities
 
I feel a little dumb to ask this question but I really need help:

Where can I find all the prefabs out of Emergence since I want to add some to a selfmade map. Some of them are listed in the entity tab but most of them are not.

Didn't find anything about that matter in the Source Wiki.

As always any help is appreciated =)

Prefabs are created by you, or members of the community, from any collection of entities and brushwork.
You can find a lot of Source game prefabs around the Internet, strip them down and change the entity types or apply nodraw to any brushwork then texture at will.

Are those prefabs being integrated into the map so that others just need the map file and can see every prefab I have inserted?

Sure, only custom materials, props, VCDs, etc. would need to be BSPZip'd, or Pakrat'd into the bsp, your entities and brushwork will be compiled by the first of three compiler functions, bsp.

Stages are:
1) BSP...The tree
2) VIS...What can be seen and from where, visibility, leafs and portals.
3) RAD...Radiosity, the static side of lighting and where it will burn and on what.
