Old school "skill" setting?
Does the old style skill level setting ("skill" cvar, 1/2/3) do anything anymore? I observe that now it is being set to 1 identically ("Easy" skill level). How does it interact with the dynamic difficulty mode -- does it actually change the difficulty when DD is enabled? When DD is disabled (dd_enable "0")?
