Try to explore the .SIN file of Wages of Sin. When you find the folder "models", open it and locate the .def file of the girls. The type spawn "name of the file" and there you go :D

Yeah, install the ORIGINAL old version of SiN, but PATCH it to version 1.11 before installing the mod! That absolutely necessary. I guess then it'll work perfectly.

I don't know. Basically, the mod maybe doesn't work with SiN Steam. Are you using SiN Steam?

The Evidence envelope in the bank's vault changes the loading screens of the "Abandoned buildings" and "Chemical Laboratory" levels (the text is different).

I also don't know what the blueprints do....

Why would you need this ???

It can be done by messing up with the .map files of the cut scenes (yes, they are considered separate levels), and ading the "/FOV XX" line in the beginning of them....
