Not as far as i know. you can, but it's a very complicated process, most likely including the source code.

Would you like to build up this community again?

the entity name is prop_vehicle_sin, but you can't just spawn an entity by typing it's name!
i cannot place a weapon in front of me by typing weapon_assault_rifle. to get a weapon i would need to...

Use the "SiN Episodes SDK" now available under your tools menu.
download it, and launch it to start the modified version of hammer ;)
