I've also seen the Framerate jump to <20 which makes it VERY difficult to play in. this framerate is actually WORSE than the SP area with the docks! I think this has to do with NPC's.

Before the patch?! Aww man, lets not go there! Lets Say I did it, and the bug hit me umm at the BEGINNING of the Sintek Building, I didn't see a Grunt till oh I cleared that level, yeah doing that...

If the opposing AI has a shotgun at 3 feet away your toast, 95% of the time if I saw the AI with a shotgun, HE WAS first to go down, or depending on HP left I'll attack from a different perspective.

to turn on the light you either need to Melee the switch or shoot it. Uhh ok, I went down a DARK hallway the first time, after trying to press it a whole buncha times.

yes you need a pic host or use your ISP space they provide you with, if they do. F11 takes a screenshot if you didn't know.
