Problem with mirror are if 2 "see" each other, it will cause an infinate amount of reflections. And an infinate amount of reflections isnt good for the game. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I just tried, the way, I said, and it works. You can change the footsteps, to metalic, wood, squishy, dirt etc...

I'm going to have to try this when I get home. (my way) because the slick surface flag worked when I created ice in a map.

Select the surface, and press s. In that menu theres a bunch of surface flags that you can use, I think these change the sounds.

Interesting debate that my map ignited... /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif As the lighting in my maps usually show, I suck at lighting, so I dont think I want to even try this LOL.

yeah I'm planning to drop the ambient lights down from 120 to 110 or something. I dont want it to get overly dark, so I'll just try and get the best of both worlds. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Yeah it has been done, but I hate those conversions. Not only are the textures bad on them, but they are a direct rip off of ravens .maps. All that was done is, they re-scaled, retextured then...
