What do the sections of the fade function do?

'fadein 4 0 0 0 1 0'

I'm guessing that the 4 is the time it takes to fade in.. the 0 0 0 are the rgb values.. ?Hmm.. what are the last two bits?...

Can anything cool be done with text in the game? You know.. like text effects such as blur, distort, etc..

At the mo I'm using 'locprint 180 220 "Whatever"', and the best effect it can do is fade...
