Re: Suggestion about fixing the mutagen system

I thought the mutagen was a pretty good idea but ended up kind of clumsy in practice. Most of the time you don't know when the enemies will pop in so you can't plan to place one where they are and...

Re: Not worth to buy ?

Here is an example of some of the many things said about HL2 when it came out to praise from critics, gamers, and workers in the industry (winning multiple game of the year awards). You can find the...

Re: SiN Episodes: Emergence Feedback and Suggestio

More (and longer) story sequences with more player involvement (as opposed to characters delivering their lines and then leaving). Consequently, more plot elements happening per episode would be nice...

Re: I had boss battles

Re: Pricing on future episodes?

I think what CMB has said is logical. In the end, it's about your own money and your own choice. I can understand why people might be against Sin Episodes and I definintely know why some people will...

Re: Pricing on future episodes?

I think this is where the argument will kind of die off... I put up the examples of comic books and dvd's to show how looking what things "amount" to can't actually represent the product, but I...

Re: Pros of buying in episodes

Here you go Fluke, I put your arguments in a PRO/CON format:

CONS:
- Ritual is bad
- too expensive
- Steam is bad
- too hard (not really about episodic)
- no MP (not about episodic either)

PROS:

Re: Pricing on future episodes?

You can go ahead and look what everything "amounts" to if that is how you want to think about it. To own all six episodes of Star Wars you would need to spend well over $100 for what amounts to one...

Re: Pros of buying in episodes

Here is my biggest PRO :
Devs can sit down with each new episode and focus on *story*. It seems like games nowadays are too caught up in new graphics, physics, game engines, etc they're ignoring...

Re: Sin:Episodes is Good, But You Guys Need To Gro

I can't say I agree but I was conscious of the fact that the practically nude woman appeal seemed to be played up a little bit at release. I think Ritual was going for the over-the-top, tongue in...

Re: Pricing on future episodes?

$180 is the price of three (maybe four if you get some good deals) regular games. For all the episodes to be released it will take four years. To follow the Sin Episodes it will cost you the price...

Re: \"You have found a secret\" thread

This isn't an official secret but it's in the second level (the balcony overhead with badguys in the warehouse after the lighthouse) and i thought it was...
