you "could" sub it, but the length in the reload animation is different so it'll just get cut off on the end.

i think that's the only one that's different if i recall correctly.

co-op? don't make me laugh.

there is no co-op in the PC version for the same reason there is no split screen in the xbox version. go ask valve about it, i'm sure you'll get a superb answer.

valve can and will do it at their own pace. hell you just got 1.2 which is "new" character models.

next it'll be 1.3 with "new" fx.

then 1.4 with the "new" hud.

honestly dude, the CS animations are set up completely different than the way CZ animations are.

we did TONS and TONS of animations for the DS and the other missions that didn't make it within the...

ritual had everything up and working back in may or june of 2003. we had regular cs 1.5 (or whatever version was out at the time) matches with all of the ritual assets.

valve is right to release...

This is the first full time game that i worked on in the industry from start to finish (from ritual's stint).

Before cz it was (lord of the rings, and some of EF2.) i'm happy that this is finally...

on this issue valve is smart.

only way to legally use cz assets is to purchase cs: cz. and with the patch released i think they will do just that.

i animated it.. and i agree the animation is too fast. good call.

most of the weapons have a default draw animaiton time of 1 second (30 frames). when fitting some animations into this timeframe...

for ritual's models to make the consistency check that would require some code changes to cstrike. code changes that ritual was not allowed to...
