Re: Some Sin 2 Info

Re: Elite Force: Total Conversion

Legally, they are in trouble. If you don't agree with me, google on hellchick and peanut butter. As an Activision employee and ex-gamespy employee she looked into it.

If you use the layout of...

Re: EF2 game source released

Argh, its only the serverside gamecode, which means u can only create serverside mods. No team fortress or what soever, cgame and ui are not included. Unless I am missing something here.

Re: UT2K3 map modding

Actually there is. It all depends on the building style of the mapper. If he uses a lot of brushwork then it is as good as impossible. but a lot of the ut2003 mappers use custom static meshes built...

Re: mappers homepage...

I'm wondering why you don't use map-center, they got almost everything you are talking about.

Re: shots of work in progress

I would suggest you model the arches, you will have more control over the number of polygons used, and it is easy to copy. I also would make the ceiling a lot higher, since your reference shot shows...

Re: Why is everyone so impatient?

JLRodgers, I quoted the items that are appropriate.

As you could read, the quote says "if SP". My map is MP. The map is already completely planned out, and I don't need any extra textures, apart...

Elite Fortress 2 cancelled

Since our programmer got tired of waiting, the core of our team is gone. Without a coder there won't be any Elite Fortress 2 at all. We worked hard on getting it all ready for when Elite Force 2...

Patiencegone, this is not a flame, only dsappointd

I can understand that you need time to fix the tools, I can understand that you need to finish the documentation. What I can't understand is that it takes so long to finish. And what I really cannot...

Re: BrushBaron....can you advise please

There even is another extra solution, but it's rather hardcore, and I never use it. Depending on where you place your map on the grid your map will be split differently. By default Q3map splits up...

Re: Elite Force II GDK Status

Well I'm not too optimistic either, but I'm just not the kind that gives up. I will release a couple of CTF maps for EF2, and if no one plays them, too bad. It's not like our EF1 maps get played a...

Re: Oddly enough

I think we should lay off a little. If the tools aren't there yet then there surely is a good reason for that. And the talking on the CZ forums is all general talk, like the one we got in our forums...

I'm not here to bash or anything, but you come to these forums to write that we have to wait for 2 weeks, we're already passed that. I can understand that we have to wait longer, but a little...

Re: LOL.....Will the tools be out b4 EF3 ??????

No, the tools are done imho but they're still busy writing the documentation. And I for one know what a pain in the ass it is to write documentation.
