I agree but not due to IP. I think Ertertwert is right - mapping and modding using Sin Episodes is fine as long as we don't make money from it and it is on top of Sin Episodes.

One thing to try with HL:EPS1 (especially if you are into Map design and game technology) is to do it in Commentary mode. Its very cool. Find a speech bubble and "Use" it - you hear a little...
