Just to let you guys know: contacted EA South African branch, they
contacted there head office in USA, who contacted STEAM verifying that my game was genuine, upstart of the whole matter was that STEAM canceled the account using my registration key, and switched the game to my account,problem solved.
STEAM told EA that they where now looking into the situation, as this should never of hapend in the first place, and through EA apologized for the trouble caused to me.
So problem solved, and there is some justice in this world, thanks
