Default What happened to the bomb in Pipe Dream?

You finish the missions when you resuce the hostages but if you press 'tab' to check your objectives it shows one incomplete objective that says:

'Proceed to other side of facility and defuse the bomb'

What happened to the bomb?

Sounds like instead of bullet-proofing the last part of the mission they decided to just cut it off after the hostages are rescued. I would have hoped for better but seeing them release the other missions is more than I ever expected.
