Default make cs more realistic like this

i think u guyys should make it so that every shot maters so if u get shot in the leg he limps not to bad but like 10% slower speed and the make gun damege so ur gun might not work if it gets shot and make better looks when they die they yell and stuff

the leg idea is done in other CS alike mods and didn't annoy me but, damaging weapons would be very annoying.

but then when shot in both the arms you would be unable to shoot back, that aint fun also. It has to be balanced, gameplay and realism. some things are possible others would be plain boring.
