Default Game won\'t get past first loading

I start the game large brested woman and funny looking bloke talking over me, then i'm rescued i flee the exploding lab. Get outside and get in the car with the girl whos rescued me she starts driving us out, and my charcter seems to pass out.

Loading screen comes up; once its finished loading i get a black screen and the menu comes up, if i try to load it again or start a new game it crashes with an erro message and if i quit it still fails and crashes.

What do i do to fix this annoying problem for a game a spent money and a lot of time downloading?

Frazzal

Can you please go to C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\[username]\sin episodes emergence and look for a file with the name "Steam__[some stuff here].mdmp", ZIP it up and send it to us? That way, we can diagnose the problem.

Also, please include your DXDIAG information.

Yes, all the files. (Can't believe I forgot the E-mail address...)

Please send them to crashes[at]ritual[dot]com.

From the Start menu, select "Run..."

Type in "DXDIAG" and hit the "OK" button.

You might get asked if DXDIAG can check WHQL driver certifications. Go ahead and say "Yes."

Click the "Save all information" button on the main screen.

Include that file with your E-mail.

Sorry, I wrote the address that way so that spambots wouldn't harvest it...the last thing we would need is penis-enlargement advertisements flooding the mailbox and preventing us from getting support information from customers.

Change [at] to the @ symbol.
Change [dot] to the period symbol, so it would be something like crashes "@" ritual "." com, without the quotes and spaces.
