bug report: various errors

Hi there,
First off, usual first post stuff: great game so far guys/gals! [img]/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Problems:

-Subtitles/Closed Captions-
* Some subtitles list Radek as various modifications of his real name, including "Roddick".
* Early on in the game the subtitles differ substantially to what is actually being said.

-Graphics-
* In the Main Menu there is small model error in Blade's left arm (left as in Blade's orientation of left, IE the right side of blade as the gamer sees him) , I can see the scrolling background peeking through.
* When in the main menu, closing a window or otherwise returning to the main menu shows dark boxes around the main menu items which disappear quickly.

-Sound-
* When I very first started the game my sound had a wierd echo to it which continued on till I was at the docks, saving, closing the game and steam then restarting the game fixed this issue.

Otherwise I'm pretty happy with the game so far.
