elite force 2 no cd install

I bought elite force 2 a few years back and loved it. Eventually i moved, and the game discs were lost in the process. i just got a new computer and found the discs, but disc 2 is broken. i downloaded the contents of the disc on bit torrent, but i cant figure out how to install it. the installation starts just fine with disc 1, but how do i get it to continue onto disc two? any help will be appreciated. thanks
