help a newbie with stupid questions

Well, I've just started to dabble with making maps and such, something i've never done before on any game. I've got just a few questions:

1.) how do you get music to play in custom made levels?

2.) Is thier a way, using the console, or any other matter, to change julie's uniform instantly? (yeah, yeah, so some suits just look better than others, ya know?)

Any information would be greatly appreciated!
