I was wondering at that X-Box Site it says that counter-strike will include single player but i could of sworn i read on here one day that they were going to take out the single player portion in counter strike. Pleases reinform me on whats going on and if there will be single player or not and if so how many single player missions will it consist of?

CSX features single player matches against bots, much like Quake III Arena and Unreal Championship. It features 20 maps, a host of technical improvements and not to mention Ritual's updated models.

There's no splitscreen mode, as the Half-Life 1 technology the game is based on would have to be completely rewritten in order to allow for that. Unfortunately this wasn't possible, given the project's schedule and budget. It is possible, however, to have bots in multiplayer games on Xbox Live or via System Link.

LOL, you would have though that with all the delay at lease Valve would be able to have splitscreen for CSX. Well the hacker has shown the community that Vavle wasn't working hard on HL2 or CZ. So maybe they were doing CS2 or TF2 if not then they jsut sat around playing CS all day.

What delay? CSX had a pretty short development cycle, especially for a console title.

CSX and Condition Zero are entirely different products.
