![]() I keep getting random freezes in the game...once they start they persist to the point where the game is unplayable, and the only way to exit is to ctrl-alt-del and end the process in Win2k Pro task manager. My specs are:
P4 1.6 nVidia ti4600 with v44.03 drivers (latest) 768mb DDR RAM Soyo P4S Dragon Ultra Voyetra Turtle Beach Santa Cruz soundcard, latest drivers WD 80GB Caviar Previously this was happening running the game at 1600x1200 resolution, with all settings on high. I reduced the res. to 1024x768 and it seemed to stop, but now is recurring. I also have the nVidia FSAA option turned on in the game, as well as the native nVidia setting turned on to 2x FSAA. What gives, any suggestions? TIA... |

![]() Possibly overheating your video card? Pull the side off your case and see if that helps.

![]() Naw I doubt overheating is an issue since I have an optimal fan configuration in the case...besides if it were I'd be having problems with other games I think.
