Elite Force 2 + Vista + Radeon 4850
I signed up *just* to, hopefully, get some help on this. I can't get EF2 (or SoF2, incidently, as they both run on the same engine) to load on Vista. Both the original games work flawlessly, but EF2 and SoF2 crash to desktop immediately after loading.
Loading the game, I see the console scroll up at startup, the screen goes grey, I get a black-screen with a flash of my Fraps counter - and then crash to desktop "Elite Force 2 has stopped working. Checking for solutions" Please help me! I'm running an AthlonX2-4800 AM2 with a Radeon 4850 (latest Cats) on Vista Ultimate x86. |
