Default Different Enhanced Compression Rifle?

I was looking at the E3 videos for E1337 Force II from ign.com and the Enhanced Compression rifle model looks different from the one in the demo, was this a last minute change by the developers or somthing?

That is the Type III Compression Rifle. Its is the compression rifle from EF 1.It seems to me to be more powerfull than the advance compression rifle.

Edit: Oh never mind.

Yea, on IGN insider they have the EF2 E3 videos; these are the ones with the old enhanced rifle. Correct?

What was at E3 and what is in the demo are identical. I just watched the IGN video and it is not from E3. They must have taken video from an older build they used to review the game with.

Yes, but the videos feature assets that have long been updated. This footage must therefore be from a build they received some time ago.

This footage is way out of date. We are checking with IGN why they would post something so old that was clearly not taken from E3.

Don't feel bad, it happens all the time. One online preview website was showing screenshots of Condition Zero and showed shots that were a YEAR OLD from Gearbox's version. GAH! Pisses me off that they mis-represent our product like that.
