I found this very difficult at first. It's all a matter of timing. Wait until the first three steps light up together, then walk quickly across, pause near the end, then keep going.

If this does not work use noclip and go straight across

I've just completed that level again. It took me about 20 tries. I waited until a point where they were all lit up, then ran half way, and jumped and jumped hoping to land on something.

And I had to do that about 10 times...

Stand at the edge of the bridge and watch the panels. The third one, I believe, is out of sequence with the others. You will see the first two blink together. When they disappear, the third one shows. Start single-jumping onto that one and keep jumping forward, quickly. If you continue single jumping, you should get to the other side, no problem. The last panels start disappearing, but if you jump quickly enough, you can do it.
