Default Banning users

The ban and banip commands aren't understood by ef2, nor are and other commands with the word banning. How do you ban someone from a server? I couldn't find any strings in the string list someone posted that I thought would be a command to do it.

I think an RCON manual is in order.... Many of the commands differ from what EFI did, I can't even figure out how to speak to people from the server's console!!

I had the same problem.... i think
(1).Say only works when you run the server from the 'start server' menu, and not a script
(2).Theres a CVAR that enables say, thats enabled when started from the 'start server' menu...
Its really annoying how it doesnt work when you run the server from a script.../

If the ban command is added in an addon..... it probabally wont be downloaded by anyone except server admins... most people dont like gettint banned.
Maybe you should give them an empty threat...
