Default Custom Shaders

I was wondering how you would create custom shaders for EF2. I used Q3ASE for EF1, but it sounds to me like certain shader functions were disabled for EF2. Is there a list of those lying around somewhere? Also, is it possible to use custom EF1 shaders in EF2? I've been lucky with usable textures in EF2. Some custom textures will show up while others won't, even in DDS format. Any ideas?

If the custom shaders dont show up use ".tga" format its less compression but gets the job done. As for custom shaders, ask Brush Baron or charon, thats over me.

I used TGA anyway for the shaders... I might as well just experiment when I can... but no surfacelight [img]/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] too bad for my LCARS shaders
