CALL OF DUTY!!!! Wow, that game looks awesome. I can't believe I've played the demo 4 times now. That's a first for me. I always play a demo once and that's it. The CoD demo reminds me of masturbation. The experience and outcome are the same again and again, but the feeling from that experience is so great, you just gotta do it one more time.

1. Call of Duty
2. Project Gotham Racing 2 (ok so I know it isn't a shooter, but I still want it badly)

It looks nice 'n all, but I'm just fed up with WWII shooters. We already have MOH, RTCW, BF1942, DOD and 342423523143 addons and expansion packs, plus all the sub-par ripoffs.

This lack of creativity is alarming, I'd hate to see the gaming industry end up like Hollywood.

That's what they all said until they played the demo. Trust me, CoD pisses all over previous WW2 games.

I've got to say, I agree with that statement. Though it's nothing absolutely amazing, it's better than any other WW2 FPS I've ever played, including Medal Of Honor: Frontline. It's pretty fun, too. I like that the objectives aren't mind boggling hard to find, either... That was one of the problems I had with MOH: the objectives were sometimes easy to do, but they were so poorly explained you couldn't tell what they wanted you to do.

I like the gameplay in Call Of Duty, very fun...

OK, tried it. It's not bad, not by a longshot, but it plays like MOH2003. It's hard to judge a game after playing only one mission, but it was basically the D-day mission from MOH:AA in a village setting. Can't say I blame them, that mission rocked, nevertheless: Been there, done that.

Who says you have to be original to be good? Halo wasn't original, and look at the ratings that got.

Anyways, there are different missions from what I've read in previews.

It doesn't have to be original to be good, but it needs to be original to be great. It's just a slighty better MOH.

CoD demo is great and a must play by everyone here... but brush ... believe it man you played it four times cause there's only one mission in the demo. (that's pretty disappointing despite the phenomenal gameplay.)
