Default Leaking patches

I made a narrow corridor that is made of several segments. Then I made a corner segment, that is fully made of patches, as it is easy to make a curve with them. In uber radiant all those patches exactly fit to each other, there's no gap between them, but when I load them map in the game, I can see holes between the patches.
I think the reason for this is, that the game draws patches with a lower detail level, when you move further away of them, and then the patches don't fit to each other anymore.
For now I've simply put a brush with a similar texture behind the patches, so the holes cannot be noticed that easily, but I think there must be a better solution.
Is it somehow possible to force EF2 to draw all those patches with the same level of detail?

isn't there an option in the graphics menu to raise the detail?

Yes, i know this problems, this is the detail level.
On Low Detail, the Curves are reduced.

Yes, but is there a possibility to have the patches being in contact even in a lower detail level. Increasing the curve detail in the graphic menu works, but it isn't really a solution as it lowers the performance on older computers and other people, who play my map may have set their EF2 to low curve detail eighter and encounter this problem.

Theres an option in the Radiant menu that eliminates this. Use the "Increase complexity" to match everything up.

Also you might want to add underlying brushes to keep the "hull" intact. Use the same texture for the sides so gaps dont show up as much.
