Default Activision and Viacom Settle Star Trek Lawsuit

As noted in this Yahoo story, both Activision and Viacom have settled their legal squabble over the Star Trek franchise and video games based on it:
<blockquote>
Both sides said all pending lawsuits related to the dispute have now been dismissed. Other terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
</blockquote>
Activision sued Viacom shortly after the release of Star Trek Elite Force II, charging that Viacom allowed the Trek franchise to stagnate by not producing new movies and television shows. Viacom counter-sued, claiming Activision was merely trying to renegotiate the terms of the license agreement.
