A "just in case" post.

I've read about Dell PCs needing Dell PSUs, and that a non-dell PSU can short out the mobo. (if it's a Dell mobo that is) I've also read that Dells made after the year 2002 are exempt from that rule. (in short, can put in any PSU as long as it fits)

So the question is this. Seeing as I have a Dell Precision 360, and the mobo date year is 2003, could you confirm or deny that I could put any PSU in as long as it fits in the case? And if not, you know of any reliable sites that sell Dell compatible PSUs?

The Eject button doesn't work on my computer. I end up staying in my seat, and instead the computer box decides to knock my drink out of the tray.
