Unhappy light_spot?

I've been playing around with the SiN SDK, and I've come across a problem. Whenever I try to create a light_spot entity, Hammer will freeze for a second or two, then come up with an "unexpected error" and close. This happened with other entities as well, but I can't remember their names.
Is there any way that the problem can be fixed, quickly? I can't make my map properly without that entity.

EDIT: Oh, it seems like it also happens with the info_node entity as well. Damn, I don't think this isn't going too well...

I don't see the problem. I used my map, and put in a light_spot and a info_node entity (but not at the same time). I even could compile the map with no problems.

I would say that there might be a leak in your map, but I have some and it works fine.

Can you try verifying the SDK GCF?

I suggest 'refresh SDK content'.
