Kevin Eastman is the publisher and editor-in-chief of the Heavy Metal magazine. His work on the film is in the Art Direction, which he does with Simon Bisley and writing, along with R. Payne Cabeen and Carl Macek. He was previously responsible for the multi-million dollar franchise known as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
