Type these at the console (press the tide key ~ if you have a US keyboard or if you have a UK press the ` key. Both, as far as i'm aware, are located next to 1 in the top left of the keyboard)

wuss - All Weapons
superfuzz - God mode and unlimited ammo
wallflower - notarget (Enemies don't see you)
noclip - noclipping (Walk through walls)

spawn ###### - replace the ###### with what you want to spawn and walk forward to pick it up:
rockets - Rockets
sniperrifle - Sniper Rifle
shotgun - Shotgun
shotgunclip - Shotgun Shells
flakpants - Armour
flakjacket - Armour
riothelm - Armour
sniper - Sniper Enemy
mancini - Mancini
coin - Quaters
can - Trash can
health - 10 health
megahealth - 100 health
heligun - The chaingun from the chopper, this is invisible to pick up but it is there, just walk forward.
thug - Bad guy
car - car i guess
peon -
eon -

give [item] [quantity] - Gives you what you want, straight into your inventory. e.g. "give coin 23" gives you 23 coins and i think                                          either "health 100" or "give health 100" gives you the specified amount of health. Im writing this off the                                          top of my head so i might be wrong.
